Shrihari Pandit is the President and CEO of Stealth Communications since 1995. Before creating Stealth, Mr. Pandit was a network-security consultant to various software and telecom companies, including MCI, Sprint and Sun Microsystems. He also was an independent consultant to several U.S. agencies, including NASA and the National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), now part of the Department of Homeland Security. Stealth Communications is now one of New York City's preeminent Internet-gateways. It provides connectivity services to a broad roster of customers in telecom, finance, real estate, education, and government. These services include Internet transit, transparent LAN, optical wavelength, dark fiber, and Internet-protocol traffic-exchange services. In February 2013, Stealth became the first company to receive an informational franchise from the City of New York. Along with its telecommunications franchise, we initiated the construction of our fiber-optic network. At present, Stealth owns and operates an underground fiber system throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, and select areas of Brooklyn. This enables Stealth to maintain a direct connection to our valued customers’ premises and offer services in a cost-effective manner.
