Michelle McHargue

Michelle McHargue is a Partner at Costanoa Ventures. Michelle loves finding the right talent for the right role. She brings 15 years of experience helping some of Silicon Valley's top hiring managers, CEOs and founders build rockstar teams to scale their businesses. Her passion is working with leaders to understand needs, solve problems and strategically recruit top talent. Prior to Costanoa, Michelle helped Cowboy VC's CEOs and founders build rockstar teams to scale their businesses. Prior to Cowboy, Michelle joined Synopsys in 2000 as a technical recruiter. From there she spent over a decade recruiting and leading talent teams for many of the top technology companies in the Valley, including Google, Adobe, Yahoo and Amazon. Her expertise includes enterprise software, SaaS, and consumer internet (including e-commerce, digital media, online advertising, and cloud computing) with a focus on placing executive and senior level engineering, product management, UX, and technical program management talent. Michelle is married with 2 wonderful kids, 4 dogs, 2 chickens a cat and a snake.
