As an employee benefits expert, Zain is a Certified Self Funding Specialist and the recipient of several awards for delivering an innovative and exceptional benefits program and the cross roads between employee benefits and talent attraction/retention set Zain on a journey to build a differentiated value proposition for an investment holding company, RTA. Zain is also a serial entrepreneur who has successfully built and exited his first two ventures and his 3rd and 4th were both foundational businesses in the merger of 6 firms that collectively served as the Platform which enabled RTA to form, with Private Equity sponsorship. He is passionate about recruiting and empowering the most talented leaders and creating a culture of trust, curiosity, accountability, and service. RTA’s mission is to transform the experience employers and employees have become accustomed to when utilizing their insurance.
