I grow businesses and technology ecosystems. Creating ecosystems is about creating a movement around technology – engaging partners, customers, and industry around common goals, and changing the world in the process. I’ve had a seat at the table for the PC revolution, the rise of the internet, mobile computing, the digitization of voice and media, the internet of things, and the rise of cloud computing. It’s exhilarating. Decarbonizing our global economy will make all these prior technology shifts seem insignificant. My background includes progressive ecosystem, developer relations, evangelist and product leadership roles at software companies including Microsoft and BlackBerry where I led product and growth strategies that shattered performance goals. I’ve built companies with investors, conceptualizing product, raising money, hiring initial teams, and growing businesses from scratch. I'm also an active board member on non-profit and startup boards, helping next generation leaders learn from my experiences.
