Barry joined Oracle Corporation as a startup, where he quickly established himself as a creative, high impact business leader who identified and exploited market trends and opportunities. During his 28 years at Oracle, he turned vision into results, growing Oracle’s top line revenue in new markets with new technologies, with business solutions that helped companies achieve their goals through strategic, creative and innovative thinking, and thoughtful application of technology. Over a 5-year period, Barry’s team delivered $1B+ with a $350M+ ARR (year 5) in Oracle Software License Revenue. He then created and led the Global PMO for Engineered Systems, a business that reported to Oracle’s President, with an annual sales target in excess of $1B, driving +254% YoY Engineered Systems revenue growth to exceed $1B. While at Oracle, Barry was part of large and complex (Peoplesoft, BEA, Sun) as well as smaller acquisitions (including integration).
