I am currently General Partner & co-founder at Next Tier Ventures, a spanish fund focus on AI/Gen A I am an entrepreneur, with a marketing / business background, and more than 25 years of internet experience. After selling one of my companies, I started investing in startups until I met Plug and Play Techcenter, the Silicon Valley Innovation and startup investment platform. I was one of the co-founders at Plug and Play in Spain and its acceleration program director, taking care of scouting and managing the acceleration program , offering companies the appropriate training, contacts and helping them to grow. I'm also the former Investment Manager at GoHub Ventures, a spanish CVC During these last years I have invested in more than 70 startups, and I have helped more than a hundred of them. Among the startups that I have invested are some exits: Lolamarket (sold to Glovo), Ducksboard (sold to New Relic), TouristEye (Sold to Lonely Planet), Zank (Fintonic), Streamhatchet (Millenial Sports), Entrenar.me (Sold to Mr . Jeff), or Yepply (Sold to Quental), and other very interesting startups such as: Blinkfire, BNEXT, Graphext, Influencity, Tuvalum, Wave, PizzaClik, Essentialist, StartupXplore, SalesLayer, and some more.
