Pete Bodine

Peter Bodine is the Managing Director of Allegis Capital. Prior to Allegis he was a co-founder with APV Technology Partners. Mr. Bodine's key area of focus is growing early-stage technology companies, and using the Allegis Capital network of corporate contacts to help leverage marketing channels and accelerate revenues for the portfolio. Prior to Allegis, Mr. Bodine worked at Asia Pacific Ventures, a consulting and advisory service firm. Through Asia Pacific Ventures, Mr. Bodine advised large Asian companies including Fujitsu, Hitachi Data Systems, and NTT. Mr. Bodine sits on the Boards of AdventureLink, Axcient, and iBAHN. Prior investments include Ribbit, BUYandHOLD, Fatbrain.com, Dynamic Pictures, ShareWave, and Versata. Mr. Bodine also has broad experience helping start-up and established companies develop business plans, recruiting senior personnel, and procuring and structuring debt and equity funding via strategic alliances with corporate partners. Given his excellence in venture investing, Mr. Bodine was a member of the Forbes Midas list in 2006 and 2007, a ranking of the world's top-tier venture and technology investors. Pete holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS degree from Brigham Young University.
