Jes Kaliebe Petersen

Jes is a tech entrepreneur, a startup investor and a social impact leader. He is passionate about creating positive change using technology and about building scalable and lasting, sustainable businesses. He has started, built and led tech companies and organizations in several industries including fintech, social media, telecom and venture capital. Jes created Myanmar’s first tech accelerator at Phandeeyar, Myanmar’s leading innovation hub, which he went on to run as the organization’s CEO. Prior to joining Phandeeyar, he co-founded Afghanistan’s first social network, empowering millions of Afghans to communicate and share digitally.
