Murray Brozinsky

Murray Brozinsky is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development. Murray has over 20 years experience advising, founding, and operating high growth technology firms. He has orchestrated numerous strategic partnerships ranging in size from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars. Murray is the founder and principal of Cambrian Technologies LLC, a business development firm that helps innovative technology companies develop strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies. Prior to Cambrian, Murray was President of Netcentives (a leader in digital loyalty programs), Founder and Chairman of Lakshmi Technologies (a technology commercialization firm), Case Leader with The Boston Consulting Group (where he was a founding member of the Internet practice area), Director of Finance at McCaw Communications, and an M&A investment banker with Morgan Stanley. Murray was founding Chairman of Loyalty Matrix (sold to Responsys in 2007), founding Chairman of Integrated Devices (sold in 2007), and founding Chairman of Lypro Biosciences (funded in 2007). Murray is a member of the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and former member of the World Entrepreneurs Organization (WEO). Murray has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and an MS in Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and a BA in Philosophy from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
