Martin Naor

Martin Naor is the Founder & CEO of Bankingly and directs all the company's operations. Before being Vice President of Fintech IberoAmérica and President of the Chamber of Fintech of Uruguay, Martín served as OEM Leader for Microsoft Latam. Here he had the opportunity to hold several leadership positions during his 12-year tenure. Throughout his professional career, he has been getting closer and closer to his goal: reducing the gaps in terms of financial inclusion, allowing financial institutions to offer better and more inclusive services. He has great experience in the software and entrepreneurship world and he enjoys learning from people every day, so he is always open to listening to team members.
