Melinda Rogers is the Founder of Rogers Venture Partners and is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development of Rogers Communications since 2006. Melinda has over 15 years of experience with entrepreneurial companies in both investment and operating roles and has served as an executive in both private and public technology companies, playing an integral role as an executive and officer. In her role at RCI, Melinda is not only responsible for leading the group as it finds profitable growth by targeting emerging businesses new to Rogers’ existing portfolio but is also accountable for the direction of a range of long-term innovation and strategic initiatives for the company. Melinda has served as a board member and advisor for a number of companies. She is currently the Chairman of the Jays Care Foundation, and is a director of The Governing Council of the University or Toronto, iBAHN Corporation, and Rogers Communications. Melinda holds a B.A., University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A., from Joseph L. Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
