Maxwell Riesberg is deeply seasoned entrepreneur, having built, scaled, and exited two advertising ventures - movie campaign ad agency Paradise Creative and commercial production company Lord Danger. Maxwell is the Co-Founder of RSCL, a new breed of film distributor specializing in action cinema, built from day one as a lifestyle brand for its young male audience. The RSCL team includes former senior executives from Universal, Voltage Pictures, Annapurna, and Warner Bros. He has produced music videos for some of biggest acts in music (Major Lazer, J. Cole, Steve Aoki, Big Sean, et al) as well as iconic commercials for house-name brands including 1-800-Contacts & Meow Mix. Maxwell & Paradise are responsible for creating effective (and heavily lauded) campaigns for blockbuster titles including Mission Impossible: Fallout, A Quiet Place, Amazon's The Boys, and Bumblebee. Given that the family video camera has been in Maxwell's hand from his earliest memories, none of this is a surprise. Even in college, while studying Finance, he produced a sub-$10K feature length romantic comedy. Maxwell's work has been written about extensively, including in The Hollywood Reporter, Ad Age, Fast Company, Deadline, Entertainment Weekly, Billboard, Indiewire, and CNN. And Eater LA.
