Preston McSwain is an investment advisor and multi-family office fiduciary. Preston is a Managing Partner and Founder of Fiduciary Wealth Partners (FWP). FWP is the successor to SJM Fiduciary Advisor (SJM), which he founded in 2012. Previously, was a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman and Lehman Brothers Trust Companies. Preston is an active member of the investment community and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Institutional Investor, Private Asset Management, and U.S. News. In addition, Preston McSwain is a regular contributor to Wealthmanagement.com, IRIS, The Street.com, Investopedia, and the CFA Institute Enterprising Investor. In addition, Preston McSwain actively promotes ocean conversation at CleanUpOceans.com. He received at B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management from University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received the Outstanding Alumni Award from the school of business in 2006. Preston currently serves on the Board of Overseers of the Peabody Essex Museum, is the past Treasurer of Church of the Redeemer in Chestnut Hill and is on Board of The Pioneer Institute. In addition, he is a member of the Economic Club of New York.
