Ros Harvey

Ros is an entrepreneur and experienced global executive in the field of technology, particularly the Internet of Things (IoT). Ros is the Managing Director of The Yield - an AgTech business she founded at the end of 2014. The Yield is considered a leader in Internet of Things and agriculture. Ros has a particular commitment to creating public good with private effort through innovative uses of technology, which is reflected throughout her career. She founded the globally-recognised Sense-T and Better Work programs – both which have strong novel technology underpinnings. Ros co-founded the Knowledge Economy Institute with Dr Michael Briers. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Queensland University of Technology's Institute for Future Environments.
