Scientist, Chairman, Speaker, Investor, Author, Future Coach. I’m Founder and Chairman of the Germany based “2b AHEAD Group”, which is Europe's leading strategic foresight institute. Using scientific methods we analyze and predict the future of industries, technologies and business models. Backed by our future studies we consult corporates and medium size companies for future strategies. Within my twenty years’ experience I wrote eight books about trends and strategy, became a well-known interview expert and a popular keynote speaker on conferences and business events. In my RULEBREAKER Society, an executive network of disruptive innovators, we are regularly visiting the innovation hotspots in Israel, Silicon Valley and Shanghai/Shenzhen and meeting the people who are actually working on shaping our future. I build startups in our own 2b AHEAD Ventures company builder and invest in international deep tech startups through my family office. Beside that I manage 3 investment funds in my 2b AHEAD Group which currently consists of 33 early and later stage deep tech companies in Australia, US, UK, Israel and Europe. Before entering my innovation carrier, I worked for more than ten years as editor and prime time anchor at German public radio. I am playing chess, running marathons and I climbed the Kilimanjaro several times.
