Jeffrey Seah

​Jeffrey Seah is the most recent addition to the international VivaKi Country Chair leadership team. In this newly added position, Seah helps to leverage the expertise and clout of the VivaKi agencies in the Southeast Asian market, delivering a more unified and powerful VivaKi position throughout the region. He also continues to serve as CEO for SMG in Southeast Asia, a company with which he has spent more than a decade. His leadership has helped pave the way for Starcom to become an established entity in the region. He was responsible for launching the Starcom brand in Asia and setting up its first office in Singapore in 1999. He also helped launch the Starcom IP Digital Marketing Unit across Asia in 2002.
