Chuck has 30-years experience in design/marketing of communication and computer products. His focus has been on strategic marketing and business development with solid technical expertise in numerous fields including: Safety/ Security systems, Internet servers, Networking, Wireless, and Semiconductor. Prior to co-founding 911Tracker, Chuck co-founded Comsift, Inc. and has held executive positions with Xbridge Systems, KBI-ASK.ME OnLine, Fujitsu America, Inc, Micom Systems, and Racal-Milgo. Comsift is providing a family of web filter appliances to schools, libraries, and small businesses. Comsift was founded in 2003 and has provided hundreds of units to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Renewal rates for Comsift annual download service is consistently above 90% and the company has been profitable since Q2 after founding. As vice president and GM of Data Communications Division for Fujitsu America, Inc., Chuck assembled the team that included sales, marketing, development, and operations for the data communications products. The division grew rapidly and achieved record profits for Fujitsu America. The development team in Melbourne Beach, FL created products that won major OEM business with Racal-Milgo and the sales team won major business with AT&T plus the regional sales managers grew successful business with distributors throughout the U.S. Chuck is an alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute RPI and an alumnus of University of Miami with masters degrees in engineering and MBA. Chuck has four patents that were achieved with Racal-Milgo, Inc.
