Patrick Norris

Patrick is a Vice President at Notion; he joined the firm in July 2013. Patrick focuses on deal origination, evaluation and execution as well as fundraising, portfolio company development and cloud metrics benchmarking. Patrick is a Board Observer at Duedil, Mojn, DemystData and IOCS. Patrick is a three-time founder of businesses in the online, media and retail sectors and was also VP of Corporate Strategy at Curve Securities, joining shortly after inception of the business in 2009 to achieve rapid growth in funds on deposit, revenues and customers. Curve is now a business with over $3.5bn of client’s funds on deposit. Immediately prior to joining Notion, Patrick worked in a private equity advisory business sourcing and evaluating transaction opportunities for growth equity funds focussed on the TMT sector in Europe. Patrick began his career at Morgan Stanley in London in 2005. He spent over four years working across both the Investment Banking Division and Fixed Income Capital Markets, with a specific focus on structuring innovative capital management solutions for large corporates and financial institutions. During the financial crisis, Patrick was heavily involved in the European government bail-outs of financial institutions. Patrick holds an MSc in Finance and Investment from Edinburgh University and a BSc (Hons) in International Management and German from Manchester Business School and the University of Economics in Vienna.
