Sheel is the Founder & CEO of Amplo, a global venture capital firm helping build companies that matter. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Andela, most recently named the #1 most innovative company in Africa by Fast Company. He previously was the co-head of the seed practice at NEA, the world's largest venture capital firm. As an angel investor, Sheel has invested in the seed or Series A of Casper, Flutterwave, Mark43, Robinhood, and others. Sheel graduated from Stanford University in three years, at the age of 19. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and was on the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2013. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School. In 2016, upon invitation of the White House, Sheel was part of the US delegation with President Obama on his historic visit to Cuba.
