Elia Stupka

Elia started his career in genomics at the European Bioinformatics Institute, where he participated to the completion and analysis of the human genome. He has worked in genomics, combining “wet” and “dry” labs, in academic settings in Asia (IMCB and TLL, Singapore) and Europe (Telethon, CBM and UCL) as well as in translational settings (co-directed the Center for Translational Genomics and Bioinformatics at San Raffaele Hospital). He then worked in industry as Director of Genomics and Computational Biology at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma. He is currently the Senior Director for Data Science and Bioinformatics at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as well as an advisor to several start-ups
