Eric Ball

Eric Ball joined Glu's board in October 2013 and has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee since January 2014. Eric currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of C3 Energy, an enterprise application software company. Ball previously served as Senior Vice President and Tresurer for Oracle and brings to Glu strong public company experience in managing worldwide treasury operations, capital markets activity, investment portfolio, foreign exchange, stock services, and risk management. Eric serves as a board advisor to BraveNewTalent, and has been an advisor to Theranos. Prior to joining Oracle, Eric worked in a variety of headquarters and operating finance roles at Flextronics, Cisco Systems, Avery Dennison, and AT&T. He was named by Treasury & Risk Management magazine in November 2003 as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" in Finance, and in June 2011 as one of the "100 Most Influential People in Finance." Ball is a Kauffman Fellow, having completed a two-year program dedicated to innovation investing.
