Pablo Almunia Sanz

Degree in Philosophy, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where he specialized in logic and the theory of knowledge. This led him to pursue IT and computing in his subsequent professional endeavors. He also holds a Masters Degree in IT and Information Systems Management (IE Business School), where he ranked number one in his graduating class. Pablo spent a large part of his professional career at MAPFRE where he led the Consulting and Quality Assurance Department, created the Innovation Department and acted as IT Director for various business units. He teaches at business schools including IE, IEDGE, ICMD and the Universidad de Alcalá. Pablo also actively participates in innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives such as iWeekend, IEntrepreneurs, UEIA and Kiubick.
