The wonders, challenges, and obstacles in the woods can make it very easy to lose your path, and ultimately miss your destination. The modern business world has the same challenge, between plan, preparation, and execution it is very easy to lose your path and miss your goal. I like helping companies navigate through those challenges. Figuring out the right formula for each company and creating an easy to follow map for the team to follow is my specialty. - I start with a goal, then work backward to build an attainable plan with key checkpoints that are measurable to make sure we achieve that goal. - I run toward fire. I solve problems, using fundamental & technical analytics, to pinpoint the source of the problem and the solution. - I don't care about credit, I just want to be part of the win. I love making new professional acquaintances and helping people develop a plan to help them through their "deep dark woods".
