Warren Lee

Warren Lee has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2006. Since June 2011, he has served as a General Partner of Canaan Partners, a venture capital firm. From July 2005 until June 2011, he served in various capacities at Canaan Partners including Principal then Partner. He currently also serves on the boards of directors of several private technology companies. Lee received a B.S. in computer science, and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
