Paria Rajai

Paria Rajai is the Founder and CEO of ModelExpand, a diversity and inclusion advisory firm that specializes in employer branding and talent acquisition. Paria has been working on diversity initiatives for nearly a decade and some of her notable work includes designing global women in tech events for Yahoo, influencer campaigns with the UN and being selected as a mentor for the State Department’s TechWomen program. Paria led the marketing team at Hackbright Academy - the country’s first coding school for women - working with companies such as Amazon, Yelp and Slack to diversify their teams. She also helped organize the inaugural Women of MENA in Tech Conference in Silicon Valley. Paria was recently profiled in Forbes for being a leader and advocate in the world of tech and diversity.
