Bridging the worlds of design and development, Arlton has worked on extremely complex front-end and back-end projects as a part of teams including Mozilla, Artletic, ACL, Mars Advertising, Manning Publications, and the Arkansas Educational Television Network. As lead designer with a development background, Arlton brings a focus on user interface and user experience to all Few projects. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2008, Arlton was able to hone his skill set through engaging professors in independent studies and through the university’s communications department. Arlton returned to the university in 2012-15 as an Adjunct Professor to teach an upper-level web design course in the UALR Art Department. In 2012, Arlton founded the annual design and development conference, Made by Few, held in Arkansas that draws attendees from across the United States, Canada, and various countries around the world. He also founded the community event BarCamp Conway in 2009-2011 that was held on the campus of the University of Central Arkansas. The event was free to the public, drew hundreds of attendees from around the state and surrounding states, and engaged them in educational opportunities around design, technology, development, art, soft skills, and community.
