Cynthia Kueppers

Cynthia is Head of Venture Capital at A3Ventures, focusing on early-stage investing and acquisitions. Before joining A3Ventures, Cynthia was the co-founder and General Partner at Veranda Venture Partners. At VVP she founded two companies and invested in early-stage and lower-middle market companies in the US and Latin America. Prior to that, she was an investment banker at at Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, focusing on the transportation sector. At Presidio Financial Partners, Cynthia recommended private equity and alternative asset opportunities, advising on $1bn+ AUA. She started her career at Brunswick Capital Management, a hedge fund investing in emerging markets. Cynthia is a CFA charterholder. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from Yale University School of Management, and received her B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Cynthia plays an active role in mentoring entrepreneurs and rising female founders, and is an avid traveler.
