Robert Brush

Robert Brush joined the firm in 2014. He practices patent, copyright and trademark law, including patent prosecution, portfolio management, conducting invalidity and non-infringement studies, writing formal legal opinions, patent reexaminations, and client counseling. Prior to joining the firm, Robert was employed as senior counsel at Hewlett Packard, where he managed various asset portfolios, including inkjet print heads and server software portfolios. Robert spent 13 years in private practice before joining Hewlett Packard
