Tom Egan

Tom is a principal at LaunchCapital and a mentor to many early startups in the local community. In addition to his diligence work, Tom is often found at TechStars where he serves as an advisor. Tom is a former high school economics teacher turned entrepreneur. Prior to joining LaunchCapital, Tom lived through the full life cycle of a VC-backed startup. Tom earned his BA in Economics from Middlebury College. A native New Yorker, Tom evens out the Yankee fan contingent at LaunchCapital.
