Susan Solinsky

Susan Solinsky is Co-Founder, CGO & COO of Ellipsis health. Ellipsis Health is on a mission to establish voice as an affordable, non-invasive vital sign as the next clinical standard in mental health care – globally. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, Ellipsis Health generates a science-based assessment of stress, depression and anxiety from less than 60 seconds of a person’s natural speech. She started her career as part of the founding leadership team of The Advisory Board in 1988 in Washington, D.C. and she worked with the firm through its evolution into two public companies, The Corporate Executive Board (now part of Gartner) and The Advisory Board Company (now part of Optum). As Senior Vice President and Managing Director, she led a team of managers that focused on selling, servicing, retaining and renewing clients. She was also instrumental as a member of the Policy Committee which laid the groundwork for the company in terms of hiring and training managers and establishing a spirit and culture in an international organization which has grown to more than 2,000 employees. As a partner with Reditus Revenue Solutions, Susan developed new business opportunities for Stanford Healthcare, JumpstartMD, Full Circle Fund, Health Tech International and other successful startups before co-founding Vital Score. Vital Score, was a digital health company that engaged patients at peak moments of receptivity prior to provider visits. Informed by the evidence-based, therapeutic technique called Motivational Interviewing, patients self-identified goals, motivations and barriers and drive their own care planning. Vital Score was acquired by Phreesia in 2018 and she worked there as a VP of Enterprise Sales through it's IPO before joining Ellipsis.
