Antonio was born and raised in Mexico City and lives in NYC. He has a diverse background in venture capital, hedge funds, corporate law and economic development. Prior to ANIMO, he was a managing partner at Capital Invent, a Mexico-based early stage VC fund and an investor at FJLabs, a marketplace-focused venture firm.
Brad Feld is a partner and co-founder of Foundry. He has been an early-stage investor and entrepreneur for over 35 years, since founding his first company, Feld Technologies, in college. Brad is also a co-founder of Techstars and, with his wife Amy Batchelor, runs the Anchor Point Foundation. Brad has written several books on entrepreneurship and venture capital and started blogging in 2004 before VC Twitter existed. Brad holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Brad is also an art collector and long-distance runner who enjoys wandering around alone in the mountains for hours at a time.

Brian is Director at Next Play Ventures and VP and Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman at LinkedIn. For over six years Brian was Chief of Staff to the CEO, Jeff Weiner. Brian worked alongside the LinkedIn executive team to manage strategic initiatives and operational rhythm of the business, launch and scale new cross-functional programs, and develop leadership communications and company narratives. Brian also managed the overall joint integration program following Microsoft’s acquisition of LinkedIn in June 2016. He joined LinkedIn in 2012 on the Business Operations team, advising on growth strategies in B2B marketing and sales. Prior, Brian was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Brian serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula and is a First Mover Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
Cristina Cordova is the COO at Linear. She was previously a partner at First Round Capital. Cristina previously served as the Head of Platform & Partnerships at Notion. Before Notion, Cristina spent more than seven years at Stripe as it scaled from 28 to nearly 3000 people, leading the Partnerships function and the business units for Stripe’s Corporate Card & Treasury products. Cristina was also previously an active angel investor, focusing on founders building fintech, SaaS and developer products as she advised and invested in more than 50 startups.
Jenny Fielding is the founder and Managing Partner of The Fund, a pre-seed fund supported by founders and operators. She spent 7.5 Years as MD at Techstars. Her portfolio includes more than 200 companies.
Kelly Graziadei brings 20 years of leadership experience in tech and consumer internet with companies ranging from 3 people to 200,000. She spent 7 1/2 years at Facebook in leadership positions in sales, product marketing and media. Kelly joined Facebook in 2010 and built and led its Mid-Market Sales & Account Management team in North America. Later during her tenure at Facebook, she led Monetization Product Marketing for the Direct Response Ads & Commerce business globally, focused on inbound product strategy and global go-to market.
Kevin is the Co-Founder and GP of A* Capital & The Co-Founder & Chairman of Eventbrite (NYSE: EB) Prior A* Capital, Kevin was at Founders Fund. Previously Co-Founder and CEO of Eventbrite (NYSE: EB). Kevin was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Xoom Corporation, an international money transfer company servicing more than 30 countries worldwide. Xoom went public in 2012 and was acquired by PayPal in 2015. Kevin has served as an early-stage investor and advisor to successful start-ups including Airbnb, Lookout, PayPal, Pinterest, Skybox Imaging, Trulia, Uber, and Yammer.
Lan is the founder and Managing Partner of Basis Set, an early stage venture fund focusing on AI/Automation/Enterprise SaaS, with $300M+ AUM. She's one of the earliest investors in companies such as Scale (now worth >$7.3B), Workstream, Path Robotics, Ergeon, Quince etc. Basis Set was the largest early stage venture firms in AUM founded by a solo woman in 2017, according to SVB. Previously, Lan built and led the Corporate Development Strategy team at Dropbox during its most acquisitive time. She previously managed teams at McKinsey in New York and Shanghai, advising Fortune 500 companies on issues including big data, AI, and growth strategy. Earlier in her career, Lan designed and developed brain training games as a founder and studied human brain functions for her Ph.D. She also received her M.A. in Statistics, both from the University of Michigan.
